First, customer service regarding shipping this product was phenomenal. My postal service dropped the ball, CS picked it up for me. Second, the product is exactly as advertised. There was room for me (70",160 lbs), my sis (65",125 lbs), my niece (30 pounds) and my nephew (30 pounds) to all sit comfortably in the hammock (kids even could lay out w/o shoving toes in our eyes). And lastly, the material thus far has help up well. It sustained the group lazy day, my 60 lbs dog trying to use it and frequent use by me. Recommend getting some slap straps to use with it though - makes hanging it up a whole lot easier.
